This is a position that offers an LPHA the opportunity to work within the intake team for both our adults and youth & family populations. This position provides mental health, developmental, and educational services to individuals across the lifespan through diagnostic and psychosocial assessments, development of recovery plans, crisis assessment and hospital discharge follow-ups. The Behavioral Health Intake Worker may provide services face-to-face in the office, in the community, or via tele-video or to multiple office locations throughout Williamson County and other counties within Bluebonnet. This position will be based in the Round Rock Office.
Exemplary communication skills are necessary in order to communicate with individuals served, accurately document service provision, and work with community/agency partners as part of linking families to other needed resources. This position is one discipline of a multidisciplinary team and will be working closely with individuals they serve and as a consultant to other staff.
|Credentials||Minimum Qualifications: Clinical licensure is required (LCSW, LPC or LMFT). Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Texas valid driver’s license in good standing required. |
Preferred Qualifications: LCSW clinical licensure preferred. Bilingual in Spanish preferred. Experience working with trauma and/or individuals living with severe mental illness across the lifespan strongly preferred.
