Job Description

This position is responsible for implementing and providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)/Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The position requires personnel to follow plans that are created by the BCBA within the consumer home, clinic setting, and community. A high level of ability to exercise good independent judgment and time management skill is expected.

CredentialsMinimum Qualifications: High school diploma and experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and/or providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children. Must have Texas Driver's License and acceptable driving record approval prior to establishing a start date.

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in special education or a related field.
Currently enrolled in a graduate program for BCBA certification.
Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in Spanish.

Salary Amount$15 - $17/hr
