Job Description

This position is responsible for supervision of the support staff in the Cedar Park and Burnet clinics. Primary responsibilities will include: supervision of the Customer Service Representatives, supervision of the Financial Specialist team, and supervision of the Transportation team; data entry, back-up CSR (receptionist) duties, ensuring the team is scanning all documents and up-loading into Anasazi or the current Electronic Health Record program; back-up support for the Clinical Support Specialist, as assigned and other duties/special projects assigned by the Center Director.

CredentialsMinimum Qualifications: High School diploma or GED equivalency; knowledge of Excel and Word, record keeping, good organizational skills. Experience working with person with disabilities. Strong computer and communication skills; knowledge of Excel and Word, record keeping, good organizational skills. Experience in a medical office setting. Experience with Social Security Disability programs, Medicaid, and Medicare. Must have a valid Texas Driver's License.

Preferred Qualifications: Some college (1-2 years) or Associates Degree. 2 years’ previous office management experience. Experience having financial discussions with clients regarding treatment costs. Bilingual.
