Job Description

This position is under the direct supervision of the Cedar Park/Burnet County Center Director and is responsible for the direct supervision of the Center’s administrative support staff in the Cedar Park, Liberty Hill, and Burnet County Clinics. This position’s primary responsibilities will include: Supervision of the Customer Service Representatives, Supervision of the Financial Specialists (CSR II), and supervision of the Transportation team; data entry, in addition to back-up CSR (receptionist) duties, ensuring the team is scanning all documents and up-loading into the current Electronic Health Record in a timely manner, assuring all voicemails are answered and returned; back-up support for the Clinical Support Specialists, as assigned and other duties/special projects assigned by the Center Director and Adult & Youth Services Manager.

CredentialsMinimum Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED equivalency.
Experience working with persons with mental health diagnosis.
Strong computer and communication skills; knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, & PowerPoint), record keeping, data compilation, good organizational skills.
Experience in a medical office setting.
Experience with Social Security Disability programs, Medicaid, and Medicare.
Demonstrated Customer Service Skills
6+ months of experience in a leadership role

Preferred Qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree, one year of office management experience, knowledge regarding not-profit metric requirements, experience having financial discussions with clients regarding treatment costs, Smartcare Super-User Status
