(1714) Customer Service Representative/Data Entry

Job Description

This position is responsible for providing a variety of clerical, secretarial and receptionist duties. These duties include, but are not limited to: receptionist duties, data entry, running CARE and Anasazi reports, copying and collating materials, typing, mailing correspondence, maintaining office equipment, maintaining pre-assembled staffing packets, ordering supplies and filing clinical records, completing purchase requisitions as request, answering the phone in a courteous and helpful manner and greeting patients and families. This position must have the ability to work with a variety of agencies and individuals. Ideal candidate must be able to work collaboratively with other members of the adult, child/youth, crisis, intake and respite units and contractors. Must be able to provide excellent customer service to clients, families and staff utilizing tack and diplomacy; ability to organize workspace and activities using initiative; follow oral and written instructions; must be able to learn how to input into center information system; ability to stay calm and focused in a sometime chaotic environment. Produce and reconcile reports on a daily/weekly/monthly recurrence. Must be able to maintain confidential information in a professional manner.

Preferred Qualifications: Some college (1-2 years or Associates Degree). 1-3 years of experience in a medical office front-desk role.
