Under the supervision of the Director of Crisis Services and/or MCOT Team Lead, this position will provide a combination of integrated authority functions to include crisis intervention and follow up services to individuals with a diagnoses of IDD and/or Autism, behavioral health and co-occurring diagnosis Additional services provided will include relapse and prevention services as well as screenings and referrals to community resources and providers. This position will provide services in both the office and community setting and be able to collaborate with law enforcement, the medical community, schools, families, and social services agencies in a collaborative effort to assist persons in crisis. This position requires a flexible workday including on-call shifts and an individual who is able to work both independently and collaboratively.
|Credentials||Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in the field of human services as well as experience in providing IDD Services. Must have a valid Texas Driver's License.|
Preferred Qualifications: Master’s Degree, Licensed or intern LPC or LMSW
