The Team Lead is the supervisor for the Williamson County ClearPath Early Onset Psychosis Program. This position is responsible for ensuring the small team meets all responsibilities of the program and manages activities in collaboration with other team members. The Team Lead is responsible for ensuring that all families receive sufficient support to achieve their person-centered goals.
The Team Lead will monitor caseload size, coordinate program intakes, and recommend program discharges when appropriate. This position is responsible for keeping all team members informed of relevant issues involving participants and their families. Conducts one on one meetings with each team member as well as team meetings. Serves as backup Primary Clinician, or primary resource. Assumes some of the tasks associated with outreach and recruitment as needed. Engages with and resolves matters such as hiring vacant positions and advocating for resources. The Team Lead will also provide direct support to family members and program participants when needed.
The Team Lead will work a variable schedule, as needed. This position serves young people, age 15-30, experiencing their first episode of psychosis in Williamson counties. This includes family work.
|Credentials||Minimum Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Social Sciences, working towards becoming fully licensed and possessing 1-2 years of experience working with individuals in a mental health inpatient or outpatient setting. Strong communication and organization skills. Must have a valid Texas Driver’s License. |
Preferred Qualifications: Full licensure as an LPC, LCSW or LMFT. 1-2 years of experience working with individuals in a mental health inpatient or outpatient setting. Experience providing counseling to individuals with psychosis. Bilingual preferred.
