Job Description

Under The supervision of the program director, this position will be responsible for assisting the director in the design, implementation and evaluation of clinical services for substance addiction treatment services. This position will provide clinical supervision and direction to all Substance Use Services staff in Bastrop, Caldwell, Guadalupe, and Gonzales counties. This position will also assist the director in Williamson, Burnet, Lee and Fayette counties. This position will complete assessments, screenings, intakes and perform group and individual services as needed during staff absences. This position will also be a liaison with community partners and ensure integration of substance addiction into all Bluebonnet Trails program areas. This position will work in conjunction with other behavioral health directors to ensure substance addiction programs are accessible and staff members and directors receive clinical education on substance addiction identification and interventions.

CredentialsMinimum Qualifications: Licensed Professional of the Healing Arts (LPHA) with a valid clinical license as either an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.

Must also be licensed as an LCDC with at least two years post licensure experience in substance use. Must have at least three years managerial and supervisory experience managing programs. Must have a valid Texas Driver's License.

Preferred Qualifications: Prefer at least three years managing substance use treatment programs. Proficient in CMBHS and HHSC rules and regulations regarding treatment centers.
