The Team Leader is the supervisor of ClearPath Early Onset Psychosis Program and is responsible for allocation of staff time to meet the responsibilities of the program, as well as managing these activities in collaboration with the other team members. In addition to the supervisory duties, this person is also a licensed mental health professional who acts as a therapist, skills trainer, and part of the clinical/case management team to provide support to our families. This position is one of the primary resources for participants and their families.
The Team Lead duties consist of conducting one-on-one meetings with each team member as well as team meetings. Will assume some of the tasks associated with outreach and recruitment, as needed. Engage with and resolve matters with in Team and Community Supports, such as hiring team members and advocating for resources.
Team Leader will work a variable schedule, as needed, to meet the team needs, as well as participate in an on-call rotation system to ensure a member of the team is available 24/7. This position serves families in Guadalupe, Gonzales, & Caldwell Counties during a vulnerable time in their lives. Other duties as assigned.

A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited college or university and working toward licensure by the State of Texas as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
A Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling or related field and working toward licensure by the State of Texas as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
Must have a valid Texas Driver's License, meet Bluebonnet Trails Community Services driving requirements, and maintain approved driving status throughout employment
Preferred Qualifications: LCSW preferred. Bilingual Preferred. Two years working with individuals with severe mental illness. Experience working across the lifespan. Experience working with individuals, groups, and families. Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills a must. Willingness to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
