The Payroll/Benefits Coordinator is responsible for coordination and accurate completion of all aspects of BTCS employee bi-weekly payroll for 600+ employees; including, but not limited to, monitoring compliance of completion, approval and submission of timesheets in Employee Self Service/Munis according to stated deadlines and processes supplemental payrolls in a timely manner as needed.
Other responsibilities include:
(1) Coordination of FMLA according to state and federal guidelines, to include timely completion and submission of all required documentation in a proactive manner and within stated deadlines;
|Credentials||Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED; at least two years’ demonstrated experience in payroll processing; must be able to communicate well, verbally and in writing; must maintain professionalism in all aspects of performance; must be highly organized and detailed in daily work performance; knowledge of the FMLA and worker’s compensation.|
Preferred Qualifications: Advanced education in business management, previous experience with Munis software.
