The Director of Contract Management will create, approve and monitor written contracts for client services. The Contract Manager will assure all applicable language in the contract meets the criteria provided by the Texas Council and that fees comply with the Bluebonnet Trails fee schedule and review contract compliance periodically to assure licenses and insurance are current. The Director of Contract Management will assure all contracts have been signed and will maintain the original copy. This position will also coordinate and maintain the TXDot Grant.
• Manages various provider and administrative aspects of contracting including information gathering, negotiation, implementation and performance reporting. Creates, approves, and monitors written contracts including auditing contractor files monthly for current documentation: insurance (professional, general, home, auto), CPR/FA, and other required training. This includes performing the initial and annual background check on providers.
|Credentials||Minimum Qualifications: Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major appropriate to the requirements of the position. Plus two (2+) years of contracting or provider relations experience in a healthcare, or administration of a program related to the duties of the position. Must be able to meet Bluebonnet Trails’ driving requirements and maintain approved driving status throughout employment.|
