The Client Rights Officer and Quality Management Specialist reports to the Director of Quality Management but has direct access to the Executive Director as needed. This position serves as the client rights officer for the entire center and in all program areas. They will be responsible for complaints, appeals, the professional review committee and review of rights restrictions. This position will serve as privacy officer for the center and all programs and will also provide audit support as needed.
|Credentials||Minimum Qualifications: QMHP-CS status, Strong communication and computer skills. Ability to train in a group and individual setting. Must have a valid Texas Driver's License.|
Preferred Qualifications: Advanced Clinical Licensure, LCSW, LPC
