The person in this position is responsible for oversight of the Outreach, Screening, Assessment and Referral program and adherence to all contractual expectations. This position has a broad scope of responsibility and oversight for the OSAR program and personnel. The position will also be responsible for working with community partners to develop a Recovery Oriented System of Care and to develop community and stakeholder meetings. This position will work collaboratively with other directors at BTCS to develop person centered care that address the whole person.
|Credentials||Minimum Qualifications: Meet fully licensed as an LPC, LCSW, LCDC or LMFT and have at least 3 years of experience with behavioral health services and 2 years of clinical supervisory experience. Must have a valid Texas Driver's License.|
Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual, Experience working with Screening, Brief Intervention and Referral to Treatment (SBIRT) in Texas
