| Credentials | Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Services*, 2 years of management experience, comprehensive knowledge of mental health diagnoses and treatment, ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, recovery-focused environment. A demonstrated aptitude to connect with youth, adults, and families. Possesses a valid Texas Driver's License and maintains approved drivers’ status throughout employment. *If degree is not in Human Services, a minimum of 24 credits in a human services field is required. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in Human Services. One year’s experience in providing wellness and recovery support services in mental health, substance use and/or crisis intervention and screening. Pursuit of clinical licensure in counseling, behavior analysis, family therapy, social work or a related field. Advanced licensure. Bilingual in ASL or Spanish. Experience in providing concurrent documentation. Licensure as a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC). |
