(1007) Program Manager – Mobile Crisis Outreach Team

Under the supervision of the Director of Crisis Services, the Program Manager is a member of North Hub Crisis Team, supporting the 24/7 operations of the Mobile Crisis Outreach Team. This position will provide a combination of authority functions to include crisis intervention and crisis follow up and relapse prevention services. The Program Manager provides the daily and clinical supervision of the team, which assists in providing crisis intervention, crisis triage, de-escalation, and crisis treatment plan. This position will be able to partner with law enforcement, the medical community, families, and hospitals in a collaborative effort to assist persons in crisis. The individual must possess strong knowledge of the principles, methods, techniques and practices of working with individuals experiencing a behavioral health, substance use, IDD, or co-occurring needs, and have the ability to communicate effectively with diverse cultures and socio-economic populations. Must have skills and experience using integrated computer database programs to access files and document treatment services and the ability to organize and prioritize work assignments. This position requires a flexible work day and person able to work both independently and collaboratively.

Location: San Gabriel Crisis Center (Williamson County) and Marble Falls Clinic (Burnet County)

Salary: $32.69 – $34.62/hr
