Job Description | This position provides mental health, developmental, and educational services to children, adolescents, adults and families through diagnostic and needs assessments, development of service plans, direct therapy services, and service coordination. The therapist will provide services face-to-face and via tele-video. Other services include consultation with staff and providing reflective supervision as needed in small groups or individually. Exemplary communication skills are necessary in order to interface with individuals served, accurately document service provision, and work with community partners as part of linking families to other needed resources. This position is one discipline of a multidisciplinary team and may be the primary service provider for a given client or family or may serve in a consultant role. Services are provided in multiple clinic settings and potentially across counties. The therapist will be cross trained to provide assistance to the intake department, as needed.
