This position will maintain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) status. Job responsibilities include the following: traveling within designated service area, flexible hours and schedule, the ability to work with families and sensitivity to various cultural differences, meeting productivity requirements, and meeting deadlines. The personnel will provide services in accordance with standards and billing guidelines established by the HHSC Children’s Autism Program and BTCS. Credentials | Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma and experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and/or providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in special education or a related field. Currently enrolled in a graduate program for BCBA certification. Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in Spanish. |
