(210) Employment-Housing Specialist

The Employment-Housing Specialist provides services to individuals with a diagnosed mental illness who are experiencing homelessness, or are at risk of becoming homeless, and who may be unemployed, underemployed, or at risk of becoming unemployed. The Employment-Housing Specialist provides skills training and support that teaches a person to obtain and maintaining affordable housing and employment. The Employment-Housing Specialist works with individuals to develop a person-centered housing and recovery plan, which promotes housing stability, independent living, promotes recovery from mental illness, and promotes wellness. A flexible work schedule and training is provided.

Salary: $21.46 – $29.07/hr

$1.00/hr Human Services Master’s degree

$1.00/hr 1 year with BTCS

$1.00/hr 2 years at BTCS

$1.00/hour – Advanced Licensure

$0.50/hour – LCDC

401A: Through this governmental plan, we offer a 7% match to employee contributions.
