Under the direction and guidance of the Director of Nursing, the Nurse Manager, and the Regional Center Director this new Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) position will serve as a member of the behavioral health and primary care outpatient team within the Williamson County Hub. Our nursing team is expanding to meet the needs of the community and we are adding exciting new roles for nurses to support and provide care to children, adolescents, adults, and the aging population. This RN or LVN will work within a multi-disciplinary team to provide care and support to individuals with psychiatric and mental health illness, substance use disorders, primary care needs, and developmental disabilities.
This Nursing position performs responsible nursing work or administrative nursing work in the assigned location in Round Rock. This position is responsible for the care and treatment of individuals in accordance with accepted professional, legal and ethical nursing standards.
Primary responsibilities include medication administration and monitoring, laboratory collections and interpretation of lab results, individual and family education regarding medications, health, mental illness, and or substance use, and ongoing assessments of the individual as needed. This RN will clinically supervise Licensed Vocational Nurses and Medical Assistants within the clinic setting. This RN or LVN may also complete tasks and duties in the other Hub clinic settings as assigned. This position will report to work Monday-Friday, 8 AM- 5 PM with no on-call, holidays or weekends required. The RN or LVN is responsible for adhering to all agency policies and procedures. This Nurse will be under the supervision and leadership of the Director of Nursing, the Nurse Manager, and the Regional Center Director. This RN or LVN must possess excellent communication skills.
Location: Round Rock
Salary: $19.69 – $45.50/hr
LVN: $19.69 – $22.58/hour ($1.00 primary care experience, .75/hour Bilingual, Specialty of $1.00 per hour)
RN: $37.36 – $45.50 (.75/hour Bilingual)
Evening shift differential of 2.00 per hour from 5 pm-7 pm
Night shift differential of 4.00 per hour after 7 pm
Weekend shift differential of 4.00 per hour
Weekend overnight of 6.00 per hour
Bilingual of .75 per hour
2 years with BTCS of 1.00 per hour

|Credentials||Minimum Qualifications: |
1. Graduated from an accredited school of nursing and licensed as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse in the state of Texas.
2. Ability to work collaboratively and be part of a multidisciplinary professional team.
3. Pass a standard State and Federal background check
4. Computer literate with working knowledge of Windows/MS office applications.
5. Current CPR certification
6. Excellent written and oral communication skills
7. Must have and keep a valid Texas Driver’s License during employment.
2. ANCC Certification
3. Experience in a psychiatric acute treatment unit, psychiatric home care, psychiatric outpatient clinic or
any other clinic-based setting. Experience with primary care clinics or within hospital settings
4. Case Management experience.
5. Bilingual-Spanish and or ASL
