(2993) Access Customer Service Representative

Job Description

The Customer Service Representative provides a variety of customer service, administrative support and clerical duties to the Access program, which is focused on intake and enrollment for all BTCS programs. Specific duties include, but are not limited to, completing non-clinical screenings with people seeking services, financial assessments and insurance verification, answering phone calls and directing to appropriate staff, scheduling appointments, service documentation, and data entry. These services must be provided with a high level of quality customer service and engagement according to BTCS standards. CSRs are often the first point of contact for community members seeking services and therefore must represent the BTCS mission with every contact.

High School diploma or GED, a valid Texas Driver’s License, and knowledge of Microsoft applications are required.

Location: Round Rock; hybrid

Salary: $17.30 – $22.05/hr

Applicable Differentials:

$Up to $2.00/hour – 2 years previous experience in a similar role with a community center

1.00/hr – Career Ladder Specialty

$.75 – Bilingual/ASL

BTCS Tenure $1.00/hr – 2 years
