Job Description | Under the supervision of the Population Health Analyst, the Youth Crisis Outreach Team Plus (YCOT+) Program Evaluator will work directly with YCOT+ program leadership and staff to support the implementation and success of the YCOT+ Pilot Program. Primary responsibilities include: · Tracking program data, performing data validation activities, identifying trends, presenting data visually in meaningful ways to program staff, and informing continuous quality improvement activities to ensure achievement of all performance metrics. · Monitoring and submitting contract deliverables to the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) at the frequency required by the YCOT+ Statement of Work. · Participating in technical assistance (TA) learning collaborative calls facilitated by HHSC and/or external TA providers to support fidelity to the established model, evaluation activities, and HHSC performance expectations. · Collaborating with HHSC, internal experts and program leadership to transition from manual data reporting to automated data reporting. · Complete all required Relias training courses or any other mandatory BTCS trainings or webinars. This position will be on the Population Health Team to promote quality assurance. As a member of the Population Health Team, this staff member will participate in both internal and external reporting and review activities. This position will strive to enhance and support a culture of quality at BTCS. This position requires a flexible workday and a person able to work both independently and collaboratively, internally and externally within the system of care. This position is remote with opportunities to travel as needed. Credentials | Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in health and human services field, statistics, mathematics, or computer science. Minimum two years’ experience in data analysis related activities. One year experience in grant evaluation or project management. Must have valid Texas driver’s license and maintain approved driving status throughout employment. Preferred Qualifications: One year experience with community mental health centers or behavioral health services. Experience with data collection and report submission to a governmental entity. Familiarity with running reports from BTCS’s electronic health record, exporting data to Excel, and data visualization |
