Job Description | The SUD office manager position completes a variety of duties to maintain the effective workflow for the Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program, OSAR, Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT), and Parenting Awareness and Drug Risk Education (Padres). The SUD office manager will also supervise all administrative staff for SUD. This position must have the ability to work with diverse internal BTCS departments as well as a variety of agencies and individuals from the community. The SUD office manager must be able to organize workspace and workflow using initiative, stay calm and focused as well as have the ability to follow oral and written instructions. Must be able to maintain confidential information in a professional manner. Duties include: o Maintaining SmartCare staff calendar for screenings and assessments o Forwarding OSAR referrals, TCCES referrals, and Jail referrals o Review HHSC report of state funded clients that have Medicaid o Enrolling new clients with appropriate funding source into SmartCare o Maintaining the Daily Capacity Report in CMBHS and participate in quarterly HHSC Waitlist mtg o Running the CMBHS Discharge Summary and Discharging clients in SmartCare o Ordering supplies o Invoice Reconciliation o Order bus tickets and Uber or Lyft rides for clients, submit credit card receipts o Request equipment and work orders. o Assist in the interview process and coordinating new hire paperwork o Submit monthly credit card receipts and cost centers for OSAR and SUD o Responsible for providing a variety of clerical, secretarial and receptionist duties o Completing financial reviews o Attaching documents in client electronic information system o Obtaining insurance information and follow-ups to verify insurance is paying o Data entry o Maintain client balance spreadsheet, take care of high balance list o Monitor and address the Service Error Report, Monitor Scheduled Status Report o Answering the phone in a courteous and helpful manner, scheduling clients. o Attend SUD Leadership Meetings Location: Williamson County; Remote Salary: $26.17 – $31.42/hr Applicable Differentials: $1.00/hr 2 yr tenure with BTCS $0.75/hr Bilingual $0.50/hr SmartCare Super User $1.00/hr Career Ladder Specialty Up to $2.00/hr previous experience in a similar role with a community center in Texas Why join our team?
