This role will be instrumental in leading our marketing efforts related to recruiting and enhancing our organizational presence. The ideal candidate will possess a creative flair and a keen eye for detail, excelling in both written and visual communication. Key Responsibilities • Content Creation & Social Media Management: Develop engaging content for various social media platforms and manage accounts to increase our online presence and engagement. • Recruitment & Storytelling: Lead marketing campaigns focused on recruiting efforts and brand awareness, including coordination of digital and print advertising. • Design & Branding: Collaborate on design projects to create compelling marketing materials and branded deliverables for both internal and external audiences. • Video Production/Editing: Produce and edit high-quality video content to support marketing and communication initiatives. • Professional Writing: Draft clear and effective internal communications to keep our workforce informed and engaged. • Platform Management: Manage and edit content on website and intranet. Experience is preferred but training can be provided. Location: Primarily remote; primary physical location is Round Rock Salary: $27.87 – $32.62/hr Applicable Differentials: Up to $2.00/hour Prior Community Center experience in a similar role, $0.75/hour- Bilingual $1.00/hour – Career ladder specialty $1.00/hour – Tenure with BTCS |

Credentials | Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing or closely related major; or possession of any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities. Experience with writing, editing, and/or preparing written work materials, including internal staff communications, correspondence, and documents; demonstrates creative thinking and attention to detail; able to manage multiple projects and independently prioritize tasks; takes initiative to propose new ideas and solutions; and possesses excellent time management skills to meet tight deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: • 2-5 years of progressive communications/marketing experience. • 2-5 years of professional healthcare experience with knowledge of behavioral health and intellectual developmental disabilities. • Experience using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Cloud applications (i.e., Acrobat, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) • Familiarity and experience with WordPress, SharePoint, and other content management systems. |
