What You’ll Do As a SEES, you’ll provide one-on-one coaching and skill-building to youth and young adults (ages 15–30) in the early stages of psychosis. Location: Williamson and Burnet Counties Salary: $21.46 – $30.71/hr Applicable Differentials: Up to $4.00/hour, tenure with BTCS $1.00/hr Master’s degree $0.75/hr Bilingual Up to $2.00/hour, previous experience in a similar role with a community center in Tx $1.00/hour, advanced licensure .50/hour, LCDC **$200 Monthly Service Delivery Bonus** Why join our team? Credentials | Minimum Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree from and accredited college or university with a major or equivalent course work for a major in a social, behavioral, or human service field and knowledge of mental illness. Must have a valid Texas Driver’s License and maintain approved driver’s status throughout employment. *If degree is not in a human services field, a minimum of 24 college credits in a human services field are required Preferred Qualifications: One year of experience in mental health assessment and/or crisis intervention and screening; Master’s degree in psychology, social work or a related human service field. Bilingual preferred. |
