| Job Description | The Outpatient Clinic Manager plays a critical leadership role in overseeing the operations in the Mental Health Outpatient Clinic. Under the direct supervision of the Regional Director of Clinical Operations, this position provides oversight of operations for the Round Rock Mental Health Clinic. The Mental Health Outpatient Clinic Manager oversees the daily operations and administrative management of the outpatient mental health clinic. This role ensures high-quality, patient-centered care in a welcoming clinic environment that complies with regulatory standards, supports evidence-based practices, ensures budget-aware decisions, and promotes a collaborative and supportive work environment for clinical and administrative staff. The Outpatient Clinic Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the outpatient clinic, including scheduling, staffing, client experience, and workflow management. This role will supervise the Round Rock Outpatient Mental Health operations and administrative staff, including the office manager, and support the administrative supervision of clinic providers, and the nurse manager. This position will work collaboratively with the Round Rock Clinical Services Managers and teams. The Outpatient Clinic Manager will support the Regional Director of Clinical Operations in developing and implementing processes to ensure compliance with BTCS policies and procedures, as well as federal, state, and accreditation standards. This position will coordinate with the billing and finance departments to ensure accurate documentation, financial assessments, and efficient revenue cycle management processes. Promote adherence to ethical and legal standards of practice. Works with all lines of business within Bluebonnet Trails to integrate across different funding sources (state, federal, and local) to ensure the persons we serve receive the most appropriate interventions available. The Outpatient Clinic Manager will address client concerns, complaints, and satisfaction with services they receive. Location: Round Rock, TX Hourly Salary Range: $27.85 – $33.60 Differential Detail:

| Credentials | Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field. At least 1 year experience in a billing or revenue cycle setting/role. Experience with insurance and collections. Demonstrated customer service skills. At least 1 year experience in a direct supervisor position of a medical or mental health clinic setting. Preferred Qualifications: 2 years experience working in a setting that supports individuals receiving mental health services; Bilingual in Spanish and/or ASL. Familiar with Smartcare software. A demonstrated understanding of services available throughout BTCS entire system of care. |
