| Job Description | The PRN Professional Development Coordinator works under the direct supervision of the Director of Training to provide support for MHFA coordination and training. This position provides live instructor-led trainings, such as MHFA, ASIST, PMAB, AS+K, CPR/First Aid training as needed to ensure competency expectations for BTCS staff are met in accordance with guidelines. This position may not be trained in all of these trainings as an instructor. This position will only provide those trainings in which the person is a current instructor and must maintain a current status to provide trainings. Location: Remote work approved unless presence onsite is necessary for task specific duties. Hourly Salary Range: $32.33 – $37.08 Differential Detail:

| Credentials | Minimum Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a degree in human services field. Training and public speaking experience. Ability to communicate effectively. Familiarity with substance use services, children’s mental health and developmental supports as well as adult mental health supports. Strong commitment to providing quality person-centered, trauma-informed and recovery oriented behavioral health care. Preferred Qualifications: Credentialed as facilitator in MHFA curriculum(s), ASIST, PMAB, AS+K, and/or American Heart Association BLS. CPR/First Aid. |
