Job Description

In support of our mission to continuously improve the health and independence of the individuals we serve, the Clerical Support Specialist provides essential administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations for the organization. This role is responsible for performing a variety of routine office tasks such as maintaining the electronic health record through medical records review.

Administrative Support

  • Maintain organized and up-to-date physical and electronic filing systems
  • Enter, update, and verify data in databases and tracking systems using medical records retention policies
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with organizational policies and regulations
  • Retrieve records and information upon request
  • Communicate with supervisory staff for project timelines and planning purposes

Preferred Qualifications:

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage workspace and tasks proactively.
Ability to follow both oral and written instructions.
