Throughout our eight counties, our qualified professional psychiatrists, counselors and skilled medical team provide medication management, individual, couple, family and group therapy and coping skills to assist individuals in reaching their desired wellness goals. Our Mental Health team partners with individuals to provide an empowering person-centered approach for all ages to reach recovery.

Crisis Hotline: Bluebonnet Trails has several options for those experiencing a behavioral health crisis. Our well trained staff are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through our Crisis Hotline: 1-800-841-1255 to assist with finding you the most appropriate care and needed services. Group and Individual Services
Group & Individual Services: Bluebonnet Trails has Peer Support Specialist throughout our Central Counties providing group and individual services. Our curriculum includes evidence-based practices and promising emerging practices to include Wellness Recovery Action Planning (WRAP), Whole Health Action Management (WHAM), Seeking Safety, Recovery Dialogues, Healthy Eating and Nutrition, and Recovery Road Map.
Peer Specialists assist individuals in developing practical strategies for reducing, modifying, or eliminating unwanted feelings and behaviors associated with behavioral illness. Our group and individual settings are designed to ignite hope, foster independence, and promote personal growth.
Counseling
Counseling: Dedicated counselors collaborate with individuals offering individual, couple, family, or group counseling to address trauma, bullying, depression, anxiety, and more behavioral health challenges. Our counselors work with the individual towards their identified goals to obtain their optimized wellness and recovery.
Psychosocial Rehabilitative Services
Psychosocial Rehabilitative Services: Our therapeutic team assists individuals by building their strengths and restoring their ability to develop and maintain social relationships, occupational achievement, and educational goals.
Supportive Housing and Employment
Supportive Housing: Our behavioral health services include a Supportive Housing program that helps individuals locate and maintain safe, affordable housing.
Supported Employment: Our behavioral health services include a Supported Employment program to assist individuals with obtaining employment in their community.
Peer Support
Peer Support: Bluebonnet Trails offers Peer Support services that are recovery-focused and person-centered for individuals working towards reducing, modifying or eliminating unwanted feelings and behaviors associated with behavioral health challenges.
