Job Description

The Adult Clinical Services Manager plays a critical leadership role in overseeing the Mental Health Outpatient Clinic services at the Round Rock and Taylor Bluebonnet Trails Community Services Clinics. Under the direct supervision of the Regional Center Director, this position provides clinical support, supervision, and guidance to Intensive and Routine Case Managers while also managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic. In addition, the Clinical Services Manager serves as an on-site supervisor in the absence of the Regional Center Director, overseeing office staff such as RNs, MAs, CSRs, interns, and volunteers.

Through leadership, direct supervision, and planning, the Clinical Services Manager ensures the delivery of high-quality core mental health services, including case management, skills training, and psychosocial rehabilitation for adult individuals diagnosed with mental illnesses and their families.

This position is responsible for providing PRN direct services, including intake screenings, crisis assessments, and case management services, and ensuring that all services comply with state and Medicaid standards. Additionally, the Clinical Services Manager will review and assign caseloads based on skill level, location, and individual needs.

As part of the role, the Clinical Services Manager will address client concerns, contribute to process improvements, and oversee the ongoing training and development of Case Management staff and interns. The Clinical Services Manager will also work collaboratively across various departments and funding sources to ensure that individuals receive the most appropriate interventions and services available.

Salary: $29.45 – $36.20/hr

Applicable Differentials:

Up to $2.00/hour – previous experience in a similar role with a community center in Texas

Up to $3.00/hour – Tenure with BTCS

.75 – Bilingual

1.00/hour – Career Ladder Specialty

CredentialsMinimum Qualifications:
· Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work
· Licensed or pursuing licensure as an LMSW, or LMFT-Associate or LPC-Associate and in clinical supervision towards advanced clinical licensing.
· At least 2 years of experience providing behavioral health services in an outpatient setting.
· At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory position

Must have valid Texas driver’s license and maintain approved driving status throughout employment.

Preferred Qualifications:
· Five years of experience in management with at least 2 years of experience providing behavioral health services in an outpatient setting.
Or

· Hold advanced clinical licensure as an LCSW, LPC or LMFT.
· Ability to provide clinical supervision to LMSW, LPC Associate or LMFT-A seeking advanced licensure.
· Bilingual in Spanish and/or ASL.
