| Credentials | Minimum Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a minimum number of hours that is equivalent to a major in psychology, social work, medicine, nursing, rehabilitation, counseling, sociology, human growth and development, physician assistant, gerontology, special education, educational psychology, or early childhood education/intervention. *If degree is not in a human services field, a minimum of 24 college credits in a Human Services are required. At least one year experience, paid or unpaid, with individuals with Intellectual and Developmental disabilities. Meet Bluebonnet Trails Community Services driving requirements and maintain approved driving status throughout employment. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience completing assessments and providing case management/service coordination. Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or counseling. Bilingual in English/Spanish or ASL. Experience and knowledge of Medicaid Waiver programs. Demonstrated ability to use good clinical judgment, get along well with others and work effectively in a fast-paced setting. Demonstrated computer and documentation skills. Knowledge of appropriate community resources. |
