Job Description | This is an excellent opportunity for Associate Counselors (i.e., LPC-Associate, LMSW, and LMFT-Associate) to gain clinical experience! This position provides therapy and case management for the ClearPath Early Onset Psychosis Program. ClearPath is a program designed to reduce the duration of untreated symptoms to improve outcomes such as ability to work, go to school, live independently and have enjoyable relationships. The ClearPath program makes a significant and lasting positive impact on the community and helps persons regain the hope and skills needed to build bright futures. Like other chronic health conditions, the sooner symptoms are identified, and a treatment program is put into action, the more likely it is for a person’s overall condition and health status to improve. The ClearPath team’s case load size is 20-30 individuals, ages 15–30, who are interested in actively participating in treatment and have been diagnosed with a psychotic disorder residing within our service area. The Therapist provides mental health services to individuals on their caseload in accordance with evidence-based therapy models and individual needs. Join our dynamic, collaborative team dedicated to empowering individuals on their recovery journey! As a Therapist, you’ll provide compassionate, trauma-informed, and person-centered care, utilizing effective interventions like motivational interviewing to support clients in their healing process. You’ll be an integral part of a multidisciplinary team, offering both individual and group therapy, while also engaging families through strength-based assessments, psychoeducation, and skill-building sessions. Your work will help participants develop self-regulation strategies, manage stress, and build lasting connections to essential community services. We believe in flexibility and work-life balance, so in-person services are offered in the home, community, and office settings, with an adaptable schedule—no on-call or weekend shifts required. If you’re passionate about making a meaningful impact and connecting families with the resources they need, we’d love to have you on board! Essential Functions:
