Location: Serving Bastrop, Fayette and Lee counties

Join ClearPath Early Onset Psychosis Team as a Supported Employment/Education Specialist (SEES) and be a part of a dynamic, interdisciplinary care team transforming lives at a critical time. What You’ll Do

As a SEES, you’ll provide one-on-one coaching and skill-building to youth and young adults (ages 15–30) in the early stages of psychosis. You’ll help them gain the tools to secure employment, return to school, and reach personal goals—with support every step of the way. You’ll work alongside dedicated clinicians, families, and community partners in a collaborative care model designed for lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized career coaching and guidance.
  • Develop employment and education plans tailored to each client.
  • Support job searches, interview preparation, and placement follow-up.
  • Facilitate engaging workshops on job readiness and professional skills.
  • Build partnerships with employers, schools, and training programs.
  • Track progress and outcomes using digital tools.
  • Help clients explore and access educational pathways like GED, college, or vocational programs.

Location: Bastrop, Fayette and Lee counties

Hourly Salary Range: $21.46 – $30.71

Differential Detail: 

  • Up to $4.00/hour, tenure with BTCS
  • $1.00/hr Master’s degree
  • $0.75/hr Bilingual
  • Up to $2.00/hour, previous community center experience in a similar position
  • $1.00/hour, advanced licensure
  • .50/hour, LCDC

**$200 Monthly Service Delivery Bonus**

CredentialsMinimum Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree from and accredited college or university with a major or equivalent course work for a major in a social, behavioral, or human service field and knowledge of mental illness. Must have a valid Texas Driver’s License and maintain approved driver’s status throughout employment.
*If degree is not in a human services field, a minimum of 24 college credits in a human services field are required


Preferred Qualifications:
One year of experience in mental health assessment and/or crisis intervention and screening;
Master’s degree in psychology, social work or a related human service field.
Bilingual preferred.
Salary Amount$44,636.80 – $63,876.80/year
