What You’ll Do As a SEES, you’ll provide one-on-one coaching and skill-building to youth and young adults (ages 15–30) in the early stages of psychosis. You’ll help them gain the tools to secure employment, return to school, and reach personal goals—with support every step of the way. Credentials | Minimum Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree from and accredited college or university with a major or equivalent course work for a major in a social, behavioral, or human service field and knowledge of mental illness. Must have a valid Texas Driver’s License and maintain approved driver’s status throughout employment. *If degree is not in a human services field, a minimum of 24 college credits in a human services field are required Preferred Qualifications: One year of experience in mental health assessment and/or crisis intervention and screening; Master’s degree in psychology, social work or a related human service field. Bilingual preferred. |
