About the Role The Provider Coordinator/RTC Liaison is responsible for the supervision and coordination of YES Waiver providers, oversight of the RTC (Residential Treatment Center) project, and performance of clinical and administrative duties related to both roles. This position ensures that provider services meet fidelity, credentialing, and compliance requirements, while also managing coordination of services for youth placed in RTCs. Credentials | Minimum Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree from and accredited college or university with a major or equivalent course work for a major in a social, behavioral, or human service field and knowledge of mental illness. Must have a valid Texas Driver’s License and maintain approved driver’s status throughout employment. *If degree is not in a human services field, a minimum of 24 college credits in a human services field are required Preferred Qualifications: One year of experience in mental health assessment and/or crisis intervention and screening; Master’s degree in psychology, social work or a related human service field. Bilingual preferred. |
