Join our team as a Customer Service Representative and make a meaningful impact in our community! In this dynamic role, you’ll play a key part in delivering excellent service by:

· Welcoming clients and their families with a friendly, helpful attitude, whether in person or virtually

· Assisting with appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and financial reviews

· Helping manage payments, including payment plans and copays, ensuring clients receive the support they need

· Keeping everything running smoothly with data entry, reports, and productivity tracking

As a vital part of our team, you’ll coordinate provider appointments, manage schedules, and offer reminder calls to clients—helping us ensure everyone receives timely care. You’ll collaborate with a variety of individuals and agencies, working alongside dedicated medical and clinical teams in Guadalupe County to support and enrich the health of our community. Salary: $17.30 – $20.05/hr

Applicable Differentials:

$0.75/hour – Bilingual $

1.00/hour – Career Ladder Specialty

$1.00 – Tenure with BTCS

401A: Through this governmental plan, we offer a 7% match to employee contributions.
