Job Description | Under the supervision of the Director of Crisis Services, the Program Manager is a member of the Williamson County Crisis Team, supporting the 24/7 operations of the Diversion Center. This position will provide crisis intervention and crisis follow up and relapse prevention services. The Program Manager provides daily operations leadership and clinical supervision of the team, which assists in providing crisis intervention, crisis triage, de-escalation, connections to other treatment settings and crisis treatment plan. This position will be able to partner with law enforcement, the medical community, families, and hospitals in a collaborative effort to assist persons in crisis. The individual must possess strong knowledge of the principles, methods, techniques, and practices of working with individuals experiencing a behavioral health, substance use, Intellectual and Development Disabilities, or co-occurring needs, and have the ability to communicate effectively with diverse cultures and socio-economic populations. Must have skills and experience using integrated computer database programs to access files and document treatment services and the ability to organize and prioritize work assignments. This position requires a flexible workday and ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Additionally, if qualified, the position may also serve to support safety officer duties for the agency.
