| Job Description | Under the supervision of the Chief of Staff, the Strategic Operations Analyst leads project management efforts for both short- and long-term initiatives aimed at enhancing business and clinical processes, optimizing revenue, and advancing the use of technology at the center. These initiatives are essential to upholding the center’s commitment to service quality and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include:

Ability to produce documents in Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Ability to handle multiple projects and work cooperatively with multiple teams and individuals to develop work plans and time-lined outcomes. Preferred Qualifications: Graduate degree in a relevant field. 5+ years of experience in a community health setting. 5+ years of experience in project management and/or management roles. |
