Job Description | The Access Clinician (LPHA) will provide therapeutic mental health services to adults, children, youth and families throughout BTCS catchment area, including, but not limited to: intake & linkage to ongoing outpatient services, hospital discharge follow up services, transitional services, and crisis prevention/intervention when necessary. The services provided will be in accordance with best-practice standards, evidence-based interventions, and individualized recovery planning. Services will be provided in BTCS facilities/offices and/or may be provided in vivo or via Tele-Video, as appropriate and approved by the Access Intake Supervisor. This position requires a flexible workday and an ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Credentials | Minimum Qualifications: A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited college or university and licensure by the State of Texas as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) OR A Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling or related field and licensure by the State of Texas as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Must have a valid Texas Driver's License, meet Bluebonnet Trails Community Services driving requirements, and maintain approved driving status throughout employment. Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual Preferred. Two years working with individuals with severe mental illness. Experience working across the lifespan. Experience working with individuals, groups and families preferred. |
