In this role, you’ll provide case management, skills training, and medication education in a outpatient clinic-based setting. Your work will help guide adults and their families toward better mental health and wellness, using evidence-based treatment methods and personalized care plans. As a key member of a multidisciplinary recovery team, you’ll offer support through crisis intervention, connect individuals to vital community resources, and provide rehabilitative services. You’ll be utilizing your knowledge of behavioral health, including medications, substance use treatment, and evidence-based practices, to make a difference every day. What You’ll Do: · Build meaningful, therapeutic relationships with adults and families through engagement and support · Provide case management and therapeutic skills training and connect individuals to crucial community resources · Assess individuals’ strengths and needs, creating tailored Person-Centered Recovery Plans · Document services in a timely manner and ensure consistent follow-up care · Collaborate with a passionate interdisciplinary team of professionals dedicated to adult recovery · Use innovative thinking and resilience to navigate challenging situations and crises
Location: Cedar Park, TX Hourly Salary Range: $21.46 –$ 30.71 Differential Details:

Credentials | Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Services*, comprehensive knowledge of mental health diagnoses and treatment, ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, recovery-focused environment. A demonstrated aptitude to connect with people. Possesses a valid Texas Driver's License and maintains approved drivers’ status throughout employment. *If degree is not in Human Services, a minimum of 24 credits in a human services field. Preferred Qualifications: One year of experience in mental health assessment and/or crisis intervention and screening; Master’s degree in psychology, social work or a related human service field. Bilingual preferred. |
