As a key member of a multidisciplinary recovery team, you’ll offer support through crisis intervention, connect individuals to vital community resources, and provide rehabilitative services. You’ll be utilizing your knowledge of behavioral health, including medications, substance use treatment, and evidence-based practices, to make a difference every day. | Credentials | Minimum Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree from and accredited college or university with a major or equivalent course work for a major in a social, behavioral, or human service field and knowledge of mental illness. Must have a valid Texas Driver’s License and maintain approved driver’s status throughout employment. *If degree is not in a human services field, a minimum of 24 college credits in a human services field are required. Preferred Qualifications: One year of experience in mental health assessment and/or crisis intervention and screening. Master’s degree in psychology, social work or a related human service field. Bilingual preferred. |
