Job Description | Bluebonnet Trails Community Services (BTCS) is seeking an innovative and experienced Director of Access to lead the development and implementation of procedures, workflows, training, and quality improvement initiatives for a centralized Access team that ensure a seamless and positive experience for individuals and families seeking care. The Director of Access has demonstrated leadership skills, is a licensed clinician, and skilled diagnostician who will oversee a team of clinicians trained to conduct age-appropriate eligibility assessments for mental health, substance use, and developmental disability services. This leader will have demonstrated experience in successfully managing programs and projects. Key Responsibilities:

Credentials | Minimum Qualifications: Full licensure in Texas as an LPC, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist A minimum of 5 years’ experience working in direct care of persons with a serious mental illness, developmental disability and/or substance use disorder. Experience with differential diagnosis A minimum of 2+ years of supervisory and/or program management experience with experience supervising provisionally licensed and fully licensed team members. Must have a valid Texas Driver’s License and maintain approved driving status throughout employment. Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of supervisory and/or program management experience Demonstrated experience in successful program change management, process design, and implementation. Able to provide clinical supervision towards advanced licensure |
