| Job Description | Under the supervision of the Director of IDD Crisis Services, the OBI Team Lead provides administrative program oversight and supports the effective operation, quality assurance, and compliance of the OBI program. | Credentials | Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in social, behavioral, or human service field including, but not limited to: psychology, social work, medicine, nursing, rehabilitation, counseling, sociology, human development, gerontology, educational psychology, education or criminal justice. Must have at least one year experience providing services to individuals with intellectual disabilities. Must have valid Texas Driver’s License and maintain approved driver’s status. Knowledge of the OBI Program. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of the OBI program and/or program management experience. |
