YES Waiver – Network Provider: In-Home RespiteDescription of Service
In-home respite service is provided on a short-term basis because of the absence of, or need for relief for, the legally authorized representative or other primary caregiver of a Waiver participant.
Services must be in the private residence of the participant or a relative of the participant other than the parents, souse or legal guardian.
Rate of Payment
$12.50/hour with a day rate of $125 (10+ hours)Areas to be Served
Bastrop County, Burnet County, Caldwell County, Fayette County, Gonzales County, Guadalupe County, Lee County, Williamson CountyEligibility
Successful Provider candidates will have the following qualifications;*At least 18 years of age
*Valid Texas Driver’s License or TX ID
*Pass all criminal, fraud and employability screenings
*Must successfully complete all BBT and State required trainings prior to providing services to individuals
