Contract Position

Description of Service

Non-medical transportation enables a YES Waiver participant to gain access to Waiver and other community services, activities and resources. This is offered in addition to, not instead of, medical transportation required under State Medicaid Plan.

Rate of Payment

.50 per mile

Areas to be Served

Bastrop County, Burnet County, Caldwell County, Fayette County, Gonzales County, Guadalupe County, Lee County, Williamson County

Eligibility

*At least 18 years of age
*Valid Texas Driver’s License
*Carry auto liability insurance
*Pass all criminal, fraud and employability screenings
*Must successfully complete all BBT and State required trainings prior to providing services to individuals
