| Job Description | This positions is for current BTCS employees only. Program Overview Under the supervision of the Chief Crisis Programs Officer, the Operations Manager provides strategic and project leadership across crisis-services programs and exercises influence through collaboration, consultation, project governance, data collection and presentation, and operational expertise. This position serves as a subject-matter expert and internal project leader responsible for identifying opportunities to streamline and strengthen crisis-service operations, leading complex cross-function initiatives, and supporting continuous quality improvement action plans. This includes operational efficiency, revenue optimization and expense monitoring. This position works collaboratively with clinical, operational, quality, administrative, and community partners to translate organizational priorities into measurable improvements in service delivery, efficiency, compliance and client outcomes. This Project Management Professional (PMP) provides project leadership, facilitates organizational change, and influences outcomes across programs. Key Responsibilities
Hours: Monday- Friday 8 am- 5 pm Location: Round Rock, TX, will travel to other locations as needed. Base Salary: $85,000.00 annually |

| Credentials | Minimum Qualifications: Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP). 10+ years experience leading behavioral health services. Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field and knowledge of mental health, substance use, crisis intervention, and community-based services. Candidates must be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, community-based environment and effectively engage individuals with complex needs. A valid Texas driver’s license and approved driving status are required. Candidates whose degree is not in Human Services must have completed at least 24 credit hours in a human services-related field. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in Business, Leadership, Management. Master’s degree in Human Services. |
