| Credentials | Minimum Qualifications: Independent Clinical License; i.e. LCSW, LPC, LMFT etc. Minimum 2+ years’ direct care experience in behavioral health, IDD services, healthcare, quality management, compliance, client rights, case management, or a related human services setting. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated knowledge of behavioral health services, client rights, healthcare terminology, documentation standards, and regulatory or compliance requirements. Experience conducting medical/chart reviews, audits, compliance monitoring, or other quality assurance activities. Experience with Electronic Medical Records Systems and reviewing clinical documentation. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, TEAMS. Must meet organizational standards regarding performance, conduct and quality of care. Must have valid Texas driver’s license and maintain approved driver’s status throughout employment. Ability and willingness to travel routinely between agency service locations to conduct on-site observations, provide staff support and technical assistance, and monitor implementation of corrective actions and quality improvement activities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Texas Bureau of Vital Statistics. Experience with reading and understanding autopsy and toxicology reports. Experience with Client Rights and reporting requirement for right violations, neglect, and abuse. Experience conducting clinical audits. Experience in and/or demonstrated knowledge of community health programs, including, but not limited to, behavioral health, SUD, IDD, ECI, Crisis Programs and related programs. |
