(1734) Quality Management Specialist/Client Rights Officer

• Knowledgeable in client rights, behavioral health services, regulatory compliance, and quality management principles.
• Skilled in complaint resolution, regulatory, reporting, auditing, data analysis, and continuous quality improvement (CQI).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required, including the ability to clearly and professionally communicate complex or sensitive information.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.
• Able to interpret regulatory requirements, identify trends and risk areas, and communicate findings clearly  to staff and leadership.
• Demonstrates strong critical thinking, organization, professional judgement, attention to detail  while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with clients, families, program leadership, regulatory entities, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Adaptive and innovative in problem-solving while prioritizing needs during crisis situations.
• Committed to client advocacy, confidentiality, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across agency services.
• Committed to ongoing training and professional development.
• Maintains no more than 15%-25% (as needed) of time as a mobile, field-based presence across service locations to observe clinical practices, support staff understanding quality and compliance expectations, and verify the effective implementation and sustainability of corrective actions.

Hourly Salary Range: $31.80 – $35.55

Differential Detail:

• $1.00/hour, previous experience in a similar position
• $1.00/hour, tenure with BTCS
• $1.00/hour, BTCS Career Ladder Specialty
• .75/Bilingual
