  • Knowledgeable in client rights, behavioral health services, regulatory compliance, and quality management principles.
  • Skilled in complaint resolution, regulatory, reporting, auditing, data analysis, and continuous quality improvement (CQI).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required, including the ability to clearly and professionally communicate complex or sensitive information.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.
  • Able to interpret regulatory requirements, identify trends and risk areas, and communicate findings clearly  to staff and leadership.
  • Demonstrates strong critical thinking, organization, professional judgement, attention to detail  while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively with clients, families, program leadership, regulatory entities, and interdisciplinary teams.

Hourly Salary Range: $31.80 – 35.55/hour

Differential Detail:

$1.00/hour, previous experience in a similar position

$1.00/hour, tenure with BTCS

$1.00/hour, BTCS Career Ladder Specialty

.75/Bilingual

County
CredentialsMinimum Qualifications: Independent Clinical License; i.e. LCSW, LPC, LMFT etc.
Minimum 2+ years’ direct care experience in behavioral health, IDD services, healthcare, quality management, compliance, client rights, case management, or a related human services setting.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated knowledge of behavioral health services, client rights, healthcare terminology, documentation standards, and regulatory or compliance requirements.
Experience conducting medical/chart reviews, audits, compliance monitoring, or other quality assurance activities
Experience with Electronic Medical Records Systems and reviewing clinical documentation.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, TEAMS
Must meet organizational standards regarding performance, conduct and quality of care. Must have valid Texas driver’s license and maintain approved driver’s status throughout employment.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Texas Bureau of Vital Statistics
Experience with reading and understanding autopsy and toxicology reports.
Experience with Client Rights and reporting requirement for right violations, neglect, and abuse.
Experience conducting clinical audits
Experience in and/or demonstrated knowledge of community health programs, including, but not limited to, behavioral health, SUD, IDD, ECI, Crisis Programs and related programs
Salary Amount$31.80 - 35.55/hr
