| Job Description | The relief pool customer service representative is an as needed or PRN position responsible for providing clerical support and assistance receptionist duties, data entry, and collecting materials, typing, mailing correspondence, maintaining office equipment, filing clinical records, insurance verification, medical records requests and collecting payments. This position will schedule appointments for individuals in the clinic, update consents and demographic information in the electronic chart, and scan documents into the individual’s electronic chart. Adheres to the provider’s schedules to assist individuals with initial and follow up appointments in the clinic. This position is a PRN or as needed with no guarantee of work hours. Location: Seguin, TX, Gonzales, TX, Lockhart, TX Hourly Salary Range: $23.02 – $26.77 Range of salary subject to applicable differentials listed below

| Credentials | Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED. Ability to organize workspace and activities using initiative; follow oral and written instructions. Must be able to learn how to input information into an electronic health record. Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work with clients, families and staff utilizing tact and diplomacy. Must be able to work collaboratively with other members of the adult, child/youth, crisis, intake and respite units and contractors. Must have valid Texas driver’s license and maintain approved driver’s status throughout employment. Preferred Qualifications: Front desk and experience with financials in a behavioral health setting preferred. Bilingual in English/Spanish highly preferred. Knowledge of insurance company processes. |
