| Job Description | In support of our mission to continuously improve the health and independence of the individuals we serve, the Registered Nurse plays a vital role under the supervision of the Nurse Manager and Regional Director of Clinical Operations. This position provides support for psychiatric and behavioral health services in an outpatient clinic based in Cedar Park Clinic. This nurse is a part of the multidisciplinary team to support individuals in services. The RN should possess a positive attitude, a caring spirit and have excellent communication skills. This position supports the prescribing physicians and nurse practitioners to ensure a structured clinic flow and is responsible for obtaining vital signs, weight, height, BMI, recording information in the electronic medical record, staging medication consents, and obtaining medication authorizations to ensure no lapse in prescriptions. This position will provide education on nutrition, medications, diagnosis, and other health related concerns to support the individual in services. This nurse will administer injections, perform venipuncture, administer urine drug screens and pregnancy tests. The position is responsible for adhering to all agency policies and procedures. This position will report to work Monday-Friday, 8AM – 5 PM. No on call or weekend work is expected or required. Location: Cedar Park, TX Hourly Salary Range: $37.86 – $43.61 Differential Detail:

| Credentials | Minimum Qualifications: The License Registered Nurse must possess a strong understanding of mental health diagnoses and treatment. The ideal candidate demonstrates the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, recovery-oriented environment, with a proven ability to build meaningful connections with individuals served. The ideal candidate must have at least two years of experience working as an RN. A valid Texas driver’s license is required, along with the ability to maintain approved driver status throughout employment. Preferred Qualifications: At least two years of experience providing behavioral health services in any of the following settings; Outpatient, Inpatient, Residential, or Clinic.
