YES Waiver- Network Provider: Licensed Child Care Home TSRP Certified

Description of Service

Licensed and/ or Registered Child Care Home (LCCH) (RCCH)

Respite is furnished on a short-term basis because of the absence or need for relief of those persons who normally provide care for the Waiver participant.

All provider settings must be located in the State of Texas.

Bastrop County, Burnet County, Caldwell County, Fayette County, Gonzales County, Guadalupe County, Lee County, Williamson County

Eligibility

Successful Provider candidates will appropriate licensure as follows;
• Child-care home licensed by DFPS – pursuant to 40 Tex. Admin. Code Ch. 747

Current Texas Rising Star Provider (TRSP) Program Certification

State law requires that a background check be completed on all employees of Provider.

Provider must pass an inspection prior to the start of services, and annually afterward.

Provider must successfully complete all BBT and State required trainings prior to providing services to individuals.
